How has your career path [as a model and fashion writer] influenced your personal style?
Since I have been in the fashion scene for as long as I can remember, I always get to know fashion trends before anyone else. So I always use that to my advantage, by not following the trends. I’m not such a fan of following trend, I feel like, what’s the need to look different, when you end up looking like everyone else?
You go with the natural hair look most times. Does this influence your personal style or how you put an outfit together?
Oh yes! My natural her is my brand. It’s my favorite asset that brightens up my entire look. Sometimes when I decide to dress down, as soon as I let down my hair, my look becomes entirely changes. So yes, it does influence my personal style.

Oh wow! There are a thousand and one fashion items on my wish list like a Zashadu bag, a Dr Martins backpack, Shoes from Sofia Webster’s 2016 shoe collection, the list goes on. Know Your Style – This is the most important things when it comes to fashion. It’s not every trend that will suit you, it’s better you try different types of clothing to be able to find your style and when you do, you will practically slay everything your wear.
Always Experiment – Fashion can never die, so always try to experiment. Explore new areas of fashion, don’t always settle for comfort clothes, go out, shop, put different looks together, try them on and if you look at yourself in the mirror and you feel a bit wierd, trust me that’s probably a great look.
Buy 2 Of Your Favorite Items – I am so guilty of this one. I can walk into a store, sight a plain black t-shirt and end up by 2-3 pieces. It’s always advicable to buy multiple, because if you believe it will serve a purpose in your wardrobe, it’s better to have more than one, incase something happens to the other.
Never Forget Your Comfort – Comfort is very important when shopping. A short red dress with a deep v-neck might be gorgeous on a lady with small breasts but not so much on a lady with hugh boobs. So if you feel comfortable wearing certain things, then you should probable stick to them.
