How To Accessorize With Hats & Nail It!

Personally, I can’t wear hats because my head is too big and my hair is too full. When I’m not sulking about this, I spend my time obsessing over people who really know how to accessorize with hats. The right hat can be an extension of your outfit, or an extension of your self. Yes, it’s that deep.

If you don’t believe me, check out these female bloggers who show us how exactly to accessorize with hats.

Cassie Daves

I love the slightly bohemian vibe this hat gives Cassie’s almost ABE look. The brim of the hat is not too wide, so it doesn’t distract from the entire look itself, but is a great complementary piece.

Wumi Tuase

For this outfit, Wumi dressed-down her dress with sneakers and a baseball cap. Absolutely love how this worked to created a sporty-chic look.

Mi’chal Naidoo

This is a very classy, very chic look, and the hat gives it a little bit of a parisian feel. Without the hat, the outfit would probably have looked very casual, but the hat adds some sophistication. This is a great example of accessorizing with hats as an extension of an outfit.Michal Naidoo

Josie

This is a soft, summer look perfect for running errands around town or just a day out with friends. The brim of the hat is wide enough that it protects from the sun, but not so much that it’s distracting.

Petite Madmoiselle

This is a casual, and slightly edgy look. There’s also a little bit of a retro rock vibe. I also like how this look can easily be switched into a sporty one simply by switching the shoes.Petite Madmoiselle
